BIGLUX Innovation, a professional manufacturer focusing on mobile solar towers and trailer systems for global construction and industrial security markets, has formally rolled out the all-new HiTOWER mobile surveillance system. This product is developed to tackle the inherent drawback of single power supply on conventional site security devices. Built with modular multi-purpose architecture, HiTOWER easily adapts to complicated and changeable power conditions on job sites, delivering more flexible and trustworthy security deployment solutions for project teams worldwide.
Unlike standard surveillance towers limited to one single power input, HiTOWER integrates solar generation, internal battery energy storage and AC mains charging within a single compact unit. Such integrated power framework allows seamless switch between fully off-grid operation and grid-assisted power supply, breaking the application boundaries of older equipment across diverse working environments. More than a basic video monitoring tower, this solar-powered unit functions as an all-in-one on-site energy platform, greatly streamlining the operation and maintenance workflow for temporary perimeter security.

Drawbacks of Traditional On-Site Surveillance Hardware
Industrial and construction security tasks cover widely scattered locations: remote mining zones, agricultural field monitoring, temporary event venues and long-term vacant property guarding. Power supply infrastructure varies drastically from site to site, which has long become a major bottleneck limiting flexible rollout of mobile surveillance units.
Most legacy solar surveillance devices can only run on solar harvesting alone, while grid-dependent monitoring systems fail to work in off-grid areas. Security contractors and equipment rental firms have to stock multiple types of devices to match different project scenarios, which drives up purchasing expenditure, warehouse inventory pressure and cross-location delivery costs.
In today's global industrial security marketplace, environmental adaptability and low long-term maintenance costs stand as core competitive factors. Single-power surveillance products can no longer satisfy the diversified, agile deployment demands of modern engineering projects, making multi-power adaptive design an inevitable upgrade direction.
Core Specifications & Adaptive Structure of HiTOWER
HiTOWER comes fitted with a 6.5-meter electric telescopic mast supporting stepless height regulation and rapid lifting. The elevated viewing height minimizes blind monitoring zones and expands overall coverage perfectly for large industrial compounds.
Modular solar panels are adjustable between 30° and 60° to capture maximum sunlight according to seasonal and geographic angles. Buyers can select either one or two pieces of 450W panels, ensuring efficient energy collection and stable standalone performance in remote sites without municipal electricity access.
The system adopts dual power backup: solar generation plus AC grid charging. During prolonged cloudy weather or low-light periods, the AC input quickly recharges the battery bank to guarantee non-stop surveillance operation. The battery pack is expandable up to 30kW maximum capacity, compatible with lithium, sodium-ion and GEL batteries for different climate conditions and budget plans.
The entire cabinet undergoes hot-dip galvanizing treatment to deliver outstanding anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion performance for year-round outdoor exposure. Universal mounting brackets are pre-installed to attach PTZ cameras, bullet cameras, loudspeakers, LED floodlights and other security peripherals for customized site configurations.
Scenario Compatibility & Logistics Deployment Strengths
For fully off-grid settings such as isolated construction yards and mountain mine camps, HiTOWER operates entirely on self-generated solar power and stored battery energy. It removes reliance on diesel generators and temporary cabling, achieving low-carbon and cost-effective perimeter protection.
In semi-electrified areas including suburban building sites and outdoor event zones, AC charging acts as supplementary power to stabilize runtime and reduce performance fluctuations caused by unstable solar irradiation, delivering round-the-clock site protection.
Engineered for easy relocation between work sites, the base is reserved with forklift pockets and lifting lugs. Four adjustable outriggers secure the unit firmly on uneven and rough terrain. Fast transportation and on-site setup effectively cut down manual installation labor.
In terms of ocean freight, up to 20 fully pre-assembled HiTOWER units can be loaded inside one 40HQ shipping container. Factory pre-assembly reduces secondary assembly work on arrival, lowering total logistics and deployment expenses for international clients.
Launch Schedule & Customization Support
The HiTOWER product line has finished internal performance testing and stays in the final pre-launch preparation phase. Complete datasheets, operation manuals and on-site application case studies will be released officially shortly.
To cater to differentiated branding requirements from global partners, BIGLUX provides full customization options: cabinet color selection, laser engraved brand logos, exclusive exterior painting and tailored peripheral mounting layouts.
Global distributors, security system integrators and industrial equipment leasing providers are welcome to inquire about pre-order terms, sample evaluation and mass production lead times. Drawing on verified field-tested R&D philosophy, BIGLUX will keep iterating modular solar security systems to resolve real-world deployment challenges for industrial projects globally.
