What is the HiSTAR – Hybrid Solar Security Trailer?
Remote oil and gas fields, mining sites, winter construction and key projects often suffer solar power shortages in bad weather, leading to interrupted surveillance. Traditional systems cannot provide stable power for harsh long-term off-grid use. Our equipment serves these heavy-duty hybrid security scenarios, and BIGLUX's HiSTAR is the professional solution.
It is a heavy-duty mobile hybrid security trailer for extreme environments. Combining 5×450W bifacial solar panels, large-capacity batteries and a 3KW automatic generator, it ensures uninterrupted 24/7 off-grid monitoring. It features a 6.5m/8.5m hot-dip galvanized telescopic mast with built-in anti-theft wiring, a 350° rotatable six-sided CCTV box with 8-port POE, and supports up to 6 cameras.
Waterproof and rust-resistant, it operates stably from -20℃ to 55℃. Supporting quick deployment and customization with a 2-year warranty, it is the ideal heavy-duty off-grid security solution for harsh long-term projects.

A: Yes. In auto mode, the generator will stop automatically when the battery voltage reaches the preset shut-off value. In manual mode, the generator can also stop automatically after 4 hours of operation (adjustable) to prevent overheating and excessive fuel consumption.

A: The generator is housed in a separate enclosure with thermal and sound insulation, so overall noise is well controlled.
Q: Can I remotely monitor the fuel level and battery status?
A: Yes. When equipped with the battery system, you can remotely monitor power generation, fuel level, battery capacity, and other data in real-time.
Q: Does the system require frequent maintenance?
A: Only regular maintenance and replacement of certain components are needed based on usage frequency, such as cleaning or replacing the generator air filter.

Q: How long does it take to deploy the tower on site?
A: One person can fully deploy the HiSTAR in 10 minutes, including setting the support legs, extending the mast, and positioning the solar panels.

A: Yes. The HiSTAR system features overload protection, short-circuit protection, generator overcurrent protection, battery low-voltage protection, and more.
