Recently, BIGLUX welcomed a technical delegation from a key Australian client. They visited our Shenzhen manufacturing facility to conduct a comprehensive on-site factory inspection of our latest batch of Mobile Solar CCTV Towers before their official shipment to Australia.
Given the demanding outdoor environments and strict engineering standards in Australia, the inspection process focused heavily on structural integrity, power stability, and operational safety.
1. Structural Integrity & Wind Resistance Validation
The visiting technical representatives performed detailed examinations of the trailer chassis. A major focus of their inspection was the trailer's stabilization system. They verified the deployment of the 4 heavy-duty extendable outriggers. Unlike basic skid bases, these 4 adjustable stabilizers ensure absolute vibration reduction and windproof performance, providing a rock-solid foundation for the mast even in complex, uneven outdoor terrains.
2. Off-Grid Power System & Battery Testing
To guarantee 24/7 continuous operation without grid power, the battery wiring and charging systems underwent rigorous testing. The team inspected our high-efficiency bifacial solar panels and the independent battery compartment. They checked the MPPT controller's charging efficiency, ensuring the system can reliably support high-drain security equipment during extended cloudy periods.
3. Telescopic Mast & Plug-and-Play CCTV Box
The team meticulously tested the elevating masts. They confirmed the smooth extension and retraction capabilities of the hot-dip galvanized mast, which features built-in internal cabling for maximum protection against vandalism and harsh weather. Additionally, they examined the rotatable, plug-and-play CCTV box. This universal mounting design ensures seamless integration with the client's own high-definition cameras and communication routers.
